Frontier Title is a small locally owned Title Company formed to provide customer
service and experience. Our Office Manager, Sherie James, has twenty two years
experience in real estate closings and the title insurance business. She is renowned for
her attention to detail and friendly customer service. Our Title Examiner/General
Counsel, Todd McMillen, has been a licensed attorney in Colorado for twenty six years
and in private practice in Boulder County for over ten years.
Title Insurance Underwriter
Frontier Title is an agent for, and underwritten by Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund,
Inc. (ATGF). ATGF is the only Colorado underwriter who requires all of its new
agents to be licensed attorneys. Founded in 1960, ATGF adheres to the following
three maxims:
- In real estate transactions, title should be examined by a competent attorney.
- The attorney examining title should have the means to insure the accuracy of
both the search and examination while protecting clients against title risks at
a nominal cost.
- This should be a routine service available to consumers through the
attorney’s office.
